He will be presented with this prestigious Socio-Cultural Welfare Award by 'Hello Kolkata' (3D News, Events & Films) during a colourful cultural fiesta at Sisir Mancha, Nandan campus on 30th September, 2018. This is the 11th year of 'Hello Kolkata' Awards, instituted to inspire individuals and organizations for a better and brighter tomorrow.
Ravi Jaiswal belongs to a business family. Apart from learning conventional methods for success, he has always wanted to try new and innovative things. Ravi has been creative from his very beginning. With shrewd business acumen, he has always adhered to the 1st rule of business - "No Risk No Gain". This has been always the 1st law of his professional chapter. Being a good student in Commerce, he has honed his Management skills by implementing and executing new ideas. His excellent business sense, coupled with his creative skills, along with his measured risk-taking approach and proper experimentation, has opened new windows of opportunities in his life.
Ravi Jaiswal had started his career with a Marketing Job and working in the same profile with several industries, he gained an invaluable experience which helped him start his own business.
On his own, he first took a Franchisee of the company he was serving as a Marketing Manager. Gradually he has now diversified into various arena like Human Resource, Sports Management, Utility Services, Education, Business Consulting & Film Productions.
Speaking out from inner depth of his heart, Ravi remarked that his first passion will always remain HR where he had dedicated 9 years of his career, having close affinity with some of the biggest names of the industry.
He always wanted to stay out of his family business of Transport as he had wished for setting up a white collar executive class business for himself that exhorts him to create new things, thus extracting the best out of him in every step of life.
Apart from being a successful Creative Entrepreneur, Ravi Jaiswal is also very much involved in social welfare activities. He is devoted into social development for more than 3 years with different phases of work and he now holds the very important position of State Chairman of National Human Rights Organisation, West Bengal.
From being a Startup with No Capital, he has fanned his passion for Entrepreneurship & synergised well with his creative acumen. He is now running successful business, owning 5 Companies based in Kolkata but still thinks he has lots to learn and rightly keeps his feet firmly grounded.
