Joint & Bone Care Hospital (JBCH) the only dedicated state-of-the-art Orthopedic Hospital in Eastern India is organising a unique Walkathon on 17th November, 2018.
Patients who have resumed normal active life after undergoing life changing knee replacement surgery and other orthopaedic ailments would participate in the Walkathon starting from the Hospital premises at DD-35, Salt Lake. This would be an exhibition of rejuvenation of active human spirit through modern medical science. The Walkathon is expected to be a colourful procession with adequate safety and emergency backup.
This Walkathon will culminate at the Rabindra Okakura Bhawan, DD-27. There will be an interactive function there with a host of dignitaries expected to be present, including the revered Swamijis of Ramkrishna Mission, Mrs. Tulsi Sinharoy (Councillor, Bidhanagar Municipal Corporation), Mrs. Pritha Sarkar (Commissioner, Bidhanagar Municipal Corporation), Mr. Jose Ramirez Barreto (famous footballer) and others. Several renowned doctors of the allied field would be available for interaction with the guests at the Hospital and at Rabindra Okakura Bhawan
A few patients would be sharing their life changing experience at the function followed by handing over of souvenirs.
